Bulk Water Delivery FAQ's

Delivery Questions:

What is your service area? We serve Henry, Fulton, Peoria, Putnam, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford counties. Please call for other locations.
How much hose do we carry? Trucks carry 200 feet, but more can be provided with an additional fee.
How big are the delivery trucks? The trucks are 102” wide and 35’ feet long and 12 feet tall. Please ensure access is large and unobstructed. Low hanging obstacles need to be removed to not damage vehicles.
Will you deliver when it is freezing? Yes, we deliver year round.
Can you drive through my yard? We do not recommend driving through the yard unless conditions are perfect. Wineinger Services LLC is not responsible for any damage.
Who is coming to my house? Every employee is thoroughly vetted and background checked.
Can you haul water away? No, we only deliver potable water.

Pricing \ Billing Questions:

What types of payment do you take? We take credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, cash and personal check.
Will drivers have change if paying in cash? Typically drivers do not carry change.
Do you have a minimum charge? Yes. The minimum charge is $125 plus mileage.
If I order too much water do I have to pay for all of it? Yes. You are required to pay for all the water. The delivery driver will only relocate the hose one time after the initial fill.
Do you have cash discounts? No. Please see the price sheet.
Will I get charged a delay fee if I am not ready to receive the water? How long before I get charged wait time? We allow for trucks to be on site for a total of 45 minutes. If the job requires more time, we charge $25 for every 15 minutes over the initial 45 minutes onsite.

Scheduling \ Contact Questions:

What do you need to schedule a water delivery? We need customer’s name, phone number, email, water needs, quantity to be delivered and address.
Do I need to be at home for the delivery? No, as long as there is clear access and location for invoice is predetermined.
Can you be here tomorrow? At times, we are able to deliver the next day. However, during peak times we are scheduled out many days. Please call in advance to ensure we can meet your delivery schedule in a timely manner.
I called and nobody answered, what do I do? Please leave a message and Josh will call or text you back.
Do you get text messages? Yes we text. If you send a text message please include your name, phone number, email, water needs, quantity to be delivered and address. In addition to the address, please drop a pin on Google Maps or Apple Maps.
What if I need to reschedule for weather reasons? Please contact Josh as soon as possible. Josh will reschedule you as soon as schedule allows.

How much water do I need to fill my pool? Click here for an online caculator.
Can you put the water into the pool slowly? Yes, on a new pool install the 1st 12 inches will be put in diffused so as not to displace the subbase.
Do you want the pool installers information? Yes, please have the pool installer contact Josh directly for the scheduling of the water delivery to avoid billed wait time.
